ORDER
dated February 4, 2023 No. 240-r
MOSCOW
In accordance with Part 1 of Article 92 of the Federal Law “On the Safety of Fuel and Energy Complex Facilities”:
- Grant the public joint-stock company “Gazprom Neft” the right to establish a private security organization (hereinafter – the organization).
- Establish that the founders of the organization will be:
public joint stock company “Gazprom Neft” with a share in the authorized capital of the organization, amounting to 70 percent;
limited liability company “Private security organization “STAF-CENTER” with a share in the authorized capital of the organization, which is 30 percent.
